Mazafati Dates are cultivated in several regions of Iran, including:
- Bam, Jiroft, and Kahnuj (Kerman Province), Saravan and Iranshahr (Sistan and Baluchestan Province)
These regions produce some of the highest-quality Mazafati Dates due to ideal climate and soil conditions.
Moisture & Color: Moisture level varies depending on harvest stage, but Mazafati Dates are generally soft with high moisture. Their color ranges from brown to dark brown to black, depending on ripeness and storage conditions.
